Free Shipping Within Australia
UPagain offers free shipping on most orders within Australia.
Excludes heavy, bulky, oversized, special-order or remote-area deliveries. Where additional freight applies, shipping costs will be shown at checkout or advised before dispatch.
Australia
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery within Australia is usually 2–14 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:
- carrier delays
- public holidays
- peak periods
- supplier delays
- incorrect delivery details
- remote delivery locations
If a product is marked as Pre-Order, please allow approximately 2–8 weeks, or the timeframe stated on the product page.
Heavy or Bulky Products
Some products may attract additional freight charges due to size, weight, packaging requirements or delivery location.
These charges may be:
- calculated at checkout; or
- quoted separately before dispatch.
We may contact you if additional shipping charges apply.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping on selected products.
International shipping costs depend on:
- destination country
- size and weight of the order
- shipping method
- product availability
Estimated international delivery is usually 10–25 business days from dispatch, but this may vary significantly.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges payable in the destination country.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels or directly from different suppliers.
